Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions set out the rules and agreements that apply when booking and joining our tours. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with these terms, which are designed to ensure a smooth, safe and enjoyable travel experience. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of your rights and obligations.

  1. Reservation & Payment
    ~ All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
    ~ A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to departure.
    ~ Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Additional charges may apply for credit card payments.
  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    ~ Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure will receive a full refund minus administration fees (10%)
    ~ Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    ~ Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
    ~ No-shows or early departures will not be refunded.
    ~ In case of tour cancellation by the operator (due to weather, natural disasters, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances), guests will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.
  3. Health & Safety
    ~ Participants must be in good health and physical condition. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to the tour.
    ~ It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times, especially during visits to Komodo National Park.
    ~ Swimming/snorkeling/diving activities are at your own risk. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used when required.
    ~ Children under 5 years old are not recommended to join Komodo trekking tours.
  4. Travel Insurance
    ~ Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the guest.
    ~ The operator is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to property during the tour.
  5. Tour Itinerary & Weather
    ~ Tour itineraries are subject to change depending on weather conditions, tides and park regulations.
    ~ The operator reserves the right to alter or cancel parts of the itinerary for safety reasons or due to force majeure.
  6. Liability Disclaimer
    ~ The tour operator is not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries or losses that may occur during the tour due to third parties, natural disasters, or force majeure. However, the tour operator will always supervise, provide guidance, and provide support.
  7. Environmental Responsibility
    ~ Guests are expected to respect local culture, wildlife, and the natural environment.
    ~ Littering and damaging coral reefs or marine life is strictly prohibited.
